albertsons - account redesign & platform migration
• Lead redesign initiative to unify two existing account experiences, streamline account sign-in, account creation and forgot password
• Established information architecture that took both account experience into consideration, grouped relevant tasks and deprecated non-essential tasks
• Decreased mandatory data point by half to create account and streamlined forgot password experience using secure links
albertsons - checkout redesign & platform migration
• Lead redesign initiative to reduce place order completion time, steamline checkout and re-platform experience
• In coordination with UX Architects updated end to end flow decreasing the amount of mandatory tasks and grouped them based on relevance to create continuity
• This kept user focused during checkout experience, which decreased completion time by a 57% and decreased cart abandonment rate by 37% during the first two quarters
albertsons - bakery & deli ordering
• Lead redesign initiative to streamline and declutter experience, meet ADA compliance and align UI established in design system
• In coordination with UX Architects updated end to end flow making it easier to add multiple items and decrease clicks to place order
• In addition, established new components to make experience more intuitive and leveraged design system to decrease time to market
• This increased orders by 22% and increased average order value by 48% in the first quarter after deployment
macy’s - tiered pricing
• Aligned displaying product details for item using tiered pricing based on color and availability
• As users selects a color the corresponding price and supporting details changed to reflect, keeping user on one page to decide on items based on personal preference
macy’s - personalized recommendations
• Our team was tasked with developing a different way for user to shop beyond the conventional methods of search and browse
• Using our product recommendation engines we could better recommend items to users by analyzing their past order history, geo location, browse history and attribute preferences.
macy’s - ecommerce gift solution
• E-Gift is a third party integration project that centered around gifting items from Macy’s online catalog leveraging Loop Commerce’s E-Gifting platform
• Sender can choose and purchase an item without needing the recipients clothing preference, size and/or delivery destination, just need an email
• The recipient then choose their color & size, add an address and wait for their gift to arrive
go pro - website consolidation and redesign
• Designed website product feature page and sub-pages templates, making navigation easier for user to search, shop, and purchase
• Redesign path to purchase flow decreasing the amount of steps for user to go from search to purchase
• Sketched the initial raw ideas, then translated to wire-frames, followed by high fidelity comps to give depth
switchfly - rebranding & website redesign
• Project objective was to redesign entire websites to reflect the companies rebrand strategy, which started as ezRez and launched as Switch Fly
• Was given creative liberty to redesign website layout and features
• Sketched the initial raw ideas that became Visio Wireframes and then created high fidelity frames to give depth
• In addition, created, resized and formatted thumbnail images, banners and logos for website, in addition to slicing, uploading and setting web page layouts using Drupal
